As we are fast approaching the second anniversary of the incorporation of the RSDAA we need to hold our Annual General meeting to undertake elections of office bearers for the next 12 months and for the Committee to present the accounts for the previous 12 Months.

Information will be given regarding our transition from a Queensland based Association to a National entity at the AGM.

At the AGM all positions will be declared vacant and an election will be held to either re elect the current committee members or elect new members if they have been nominated prior to the AGM. Voting is only open to Financial Members of RSDAA. Prior to positions being declared vacant reports from the President, Treasurer and Secretary will be tabled. The President will chair the meeting.

Any person intending to stand for positions on the Committee need to forward their nomination to: The Secretary RSDAA P.O. Box 272 Narangba Qld 4504 or via email to secretary@rsdaa.org.au to be received no later than 7 days prior to the AGM.

Just a few pointers regarding nomination for Committee positions, please do not nominate if you do not intend to be a constructive member for the whole of the period. Also, if you have a conflict of interest consider that before you nominate.

Remember we are representing the members of the Association not our personal agenda and as such each member is expected to act in the best interest of the Association.

The date of the AGM is: April 29th 2018.

Time of Meeting: Commencing at 1.00pm for a meet and greet with the meeting

Meals will be available, tea and coffee and cold water will be supplied
